Service Manager

I am a lover of all things Sports. I have been in the industry since about 2010 and enjoy working to build a positive and fun atmosphere for my employees. I believe the key to our success at Emerald City Embroidery is our Customer Service and our Speedy turnaround times. When I am not at work, I am enjoying my "free" time watching my 3 boys on the football field, basketball court and baseball field and I am addicted to Starbucks!

Customer Service Rep

I'm an artistic gal who loves to make and create things & memorable moments. I graduated from WSU in Fine Arts and Digital Technology & Culture. Go Cougs! I love photography, mastering my crafts, and illustrating.. When I am not helping our customers, you can find me in the kitchen cooking or baking, at a concert or festival, hanging with friends.

Digitizing Product Manager

I’ve been working at my craft since digitizing computers were running DoS. With over over 20 years in the field I bring a focus to even our most complicated jobs and work diligently training the staff on the most current techniques. I look forward to consistently take our quality to the next level to provide you with the best digitizing posible. I am an avid comic book and comic art collector. I like to draw myself taking long walks and enjoy cooking.

Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, I always loved drawing and collaging as a lad, so the Adobe Suite was like digital magic when I discovered it in my teens. I pursued my passion through college, and I'm proud to manage a team of the absolute best talent the Pacific Northwest has to offer now! In my civilian identity, I love playing video games with the Mrs and collecting pop culture doodads.

Starting in the family trophy and embroidery shop 20 years ago I've worked in every stage of the award and promotional product making process. I’m a passionate entrepreneur that enjoys dreaming up better ways to deliver products. When not building, I’m watching the Seattle Sounders soccer team with my son.
